Join me on a loop hike of the Drbákov-Albertovy skály National Nature Reserve in Central Bohemia, south of Prague. We’ll walk through oak and pine forests, twisted trunks and craggy rocks for a picture-perfect view of the meandering Vltava river from above. The hike starts from the parking lot on U Křížku north of the village Nalžovické Podhájí, then follows the yellow-marked trail to Častoboř and back. This loop is approximately 5 km long and it takes at least 3 hours to complete. Parts of the path are quite steep and narrow, so I recommend wearing proper hiking shoes.
